This notice covers the Rev Regenerate website and requests for information about our founding pilot. It does not authorize access to a shop’s customer records. A client pilot requires a separately agreed scope and data-handling process.

Contact requests

The website form prepares an email in your own email application. It does not submit or store the form contents on this website. If you send that email, Rev Regenerate receives the information you choose to include, including your email address, name, shop details and message.

We use contact information to respond to your request, discuss service fit and coordinate requested next steps. Please do not include customer records, payment details, passwords or other sensitive information.

Website activity

This version of the website includes no added advertising pixels, behavioral analytics or marketing cookies. The hosting service may process connection information and technical logs to provide and protect the website. Your email application and email service process the message you choose to send.

Service providers and retention

Information sent by email is processed through the business email service and may be recorded in business tools used to manage the inquiry. Access is limited to the people and providers needed to handle the request. We do not sell inquiry information. We retain it only as needed for the inquiry, any resulting business relationship, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop marketing contact or request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your inquiry. Contact brian@revregenerate.com. We may retain minimal information needed to honor a request not to contact you or meet applicable obligations. Where additional legal rights apply, those rights are not limited by this notice.

If the website begins collecting submissions directly or adds other data processing, this notice will be updated before those features are used.
